凡爾賽2017台北演唱會

（台北，2017年10月23日）主辦單位創世紀全球娛樂股份有限公司遺憾宣佈，原定於2017年10月28日（星期六）假三創 CLAPPER STUDIO舉行之《Versailles 10th Anniversary Tour 2017 – Taipei》演唱會，由於本司財務問題，因故取消舉辦本次活動，但保證已購票歌迷可憑票券如實獲得全額退費，造成困擾，深感抱歉。

《Versailles 10th Anniversary Tour 2017 – Taipei》演唱會因敝司財務原因取消，造成大家的不便與困擾，再次誠懇地向歌迷、藝人以及相關單位致歉。懇請已購票歌迷即日起至106/11/30（四）前洽玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統辦理退票退款事宜，創世紀全球娛樂公司承諾除全額退款外，也將吸收購票時取票手續費與掛號費（限郵寄普通掛號）。

玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統退票方式如下：

1.退票截止時間：
即日起至民國一○六年十一月三十日（含）為止，以郵戳為憑。

2.退票方式：
(A)經由網路刷卡訂票者

A1.選擇超商取票尚未取票者
請來電客服02-2579-5977#101（上班日09:00-12:00、13:00-17:00）協助辦理退票事宜。

A2.選擇超商取票已取票者及選擇國內郵寄取票者
請填寫①凡爾賽專用退票申請書，連同②票券正本及③銀行存摺封面影本，以普掛郵寄方式至「台北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓　玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統 票務客服中心 收」，本單位收到退票資訊後7-10個工作天內完成退刷手續，將原刷卡金額退至原網路購票時所使用之信用卡，實際退款時間依發卡行之作業時間為準。主辦單位承諾之取票手續費及掛號費，扣除匯費匯至申請人提供之銀行帳戶。

(B)經由7-11 ibon、全家FamiPort、萊爾富Life-ET及許昌大眾門市購票者
請填寫①凡爾賽專用退票申請書，連同②票券正本及③申請人銀行存摺封面影本，以掛號郵寄方式至「台北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓　玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統 票務客服中心 收」，本單位收到票券日起14個工作天，將票款、取票手續費及掛號費扣除匯費匯入申請人提供之銀行帳戶。

#每筆訂單編號之票券取票手續費、郵寄費用之退補以一次為限。

VERSAILLES 10TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR 2017 – TAIPEI SHOW CANCELLATION

(Taipei, 23 October 2017) Genesis Global Entertainment Corporation regretfully informs the public that, due to financial difficulties of our company, the concert originally scheduled for Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Syntrend Clapper Studio has been cancelled. Please be assured that all ticket purchases will be faithfully and fully refunded.

Once again, we at Genesis Global Entertainment Corporation sincerely apologize to the artist, the organizer, and the fans, for any inconvenience and trouble caused by the cancellation of the concert. Ticket holders should contact G-Music Ticketing before Thursday, November 30, 2017. All ticket holders will be fully refunded, while Genesis Global Entertainment Corporation will cover previous ticket retrieval service fees and postage fees (standard registered mail only).

G-Music Ticketing ticket refund details as follows:

1.Refund application deadline:
Refund applications will be received till November 30, 2017; submission date judged by postage stamp.

2.To apply for a refund:
(A)Patrons who purchased tickets online via credit card who

A1.previously chose to retrieve tickets via local convenient stores, but have yet to retrieve tickets,
are to kindly contact 02-2579-5977#101 (hours of operation 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00) for assistance with ticket refunds.

A2.previously chose to retrieve tickets via local convenient stores and have already retrieved tickets OR patrons who chose to receive tickets via mailed delivery

are to kindly fill in the 1. Ticket Refund Application, and send the Application, along with the 2. tickets and a 3. copy of your passbook/bankbook, via certified mail to 8F., No.7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105, Taiwan (G-Music Ticketing Service Center). Upon receiving the aforementioned documents, payment will be credited back to the original credit card used to make the ticket purchases within 7-10 work days; actual credit date depending on respective credit card issuing banks. The Promoter further warrants to transfer respective ticket retrieval service fees and postage fees (minus remittance fees) to the bank account provided by the applicant.

#Patrons with NTD 50 postage fee invoices are to mail the aforementioned invoices back along with the Ticket Refund Application.

(B)Patrons who purchased tickets via 7-11 ibon, FamilyMart FamiPort, and Hi-Life Life-ET kiosks, or G-Music Records retail stores

are to kindly fill in the 1. Ticket Refund Application, and send the Application, along with the 2. tickets and a 3. copy of the applicant’s passbook/bankbook, via 4. registered mail to 8F., No.7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105, Taiwan (G-Music Ticketing Service Center). Upon receiving the aforementioned documents, payment, along with ticket retrieval service fees and postage fees (minus remittance fees), will be refunded back to the bank account provided within 14 work days.

# Each order will only be entitled to a one-time refund of ticket retrieval service fees and postage fees.

台湾公演中止のお知らせ

（台北、2017年10月23日）ジェネシス・グローバル・エンターテイメント・コーポレーションは、当社の財政難により、2017年 10月28日土曜日、シンデレンド・クラッパー・スタジオで開催される予定だった<ベルサイユ10周年記念ツアー2017 – 台北>コンサートをキャンセルいたしました。
ご購入されました全てのチケットは確実かつ完全に払い戻しされますのでご安心ください。
またコンサートのキャンセルによってアーティスト、主催者、ファンの皆さまにご迷惑をおかけしましたことをジェネシス・グローバル・エンターテイメント・コーポレーションは心よりお詫び申し上げます。

チケット所有者は、2017年11月30日（木）までに、G-Musicチケットにご連絡ください。ジェネシス・グローバル・エンターテインメント・コーポレーションはチケット取得サービス料と送料（標準登録メールのみ）をカバーします。

G-Musicチケットの払い戻しの詳細は次のとおりです。

1.払い戻しの締切日：
払い戻しの申請は、2017年11月30日まで受付けます。
申請日は郵便局で受付けされた日付です。

2.払い戻しを申請するには：

A1.コンビニエンスストアでのチケット引き取りを選択された方でまだチケットを引き取っていない方がチケットの払い戻しをご希望の場合は02-2579-5977#101（営業時間9:00～12:00、13:00～17:00）までご連絡ください。
A2.コンビニエンスストアでのチケット引き取りを選択されて、既に引き取った方、あるいは普通郵便でのチケット受け取りを希望された方は

②ご購入のチケット
③通帳のコピー
を一緒に配達証明付郵便で「8F., No.7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105, Taiwan（G-Music Ticketing Service Center）」までお送りください。
上記の書類を受け取った後、7～10営業日以内に使用されたクレジットカードに返金されます。プロモーターはさらに、提供された銀行口座に、それぞれの航空券検索サービス料金および送料を譲渡することを保証します。
