Cancellation Announcement

Rolemodel Entertainment Group (REG) regretfully announces the cancellation of GLIM SPANKY on 13rd January, 2018. REG sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience caused. Full refunds will be available from Cityline via point of purchase, please find the refund procedure as below.

Refund Procedure:

Tickets Purchased by Credit Card / PPS:
Full refund will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card or PPS account used for ticket purchased for the event. No refund in either cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased by Credit Card or PPS.

Tickets Purchased by Cash:
Please bring along the physical ticket(s) to the Cityline Head Office during business hours for the period between 20th December, 2017 – 15th January, 2018 (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) to process a refund.

A refund in cash cheque will be made at the Cityline Head Office upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form with match ticket(s). The ticket holder must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund. Any Cash Refund requests received after 15th January, 2018 will not be processed.

Rolemodel Entertainment Group(REG) 遺憾宣佈，原定於2018年1月13日在九龍灣國際展貿中心Music Zone @ E-Max舉行的GLIM SPANKY 因故取消，造成各位的不便，深感抱歉。於Cityline購票之客戶稍後將獲全數退款。購票人士請參考以下退票安排。

退票安排:

以信用咭或繳費靈購票之人仕
以信用咭或繳費靈購票之人仕，全額票款將被自動退回用作交易之信用卡或繳費靈帳戶內。其票款一律不以現金或支票形式退回。

以現金購票之人仕
以現金購票之人仕，請於 2017年12月20日至2018年1月15日期間（星期六,日及公眾假期除外），携同 Cityline 官方節目門票於辦公時間內到 Cityline 總公司辦理退款手續。

以現金購票之人仕需於當天確認及簽署退款申請表格，全額票款將以現金支票形式退回, 其票款一律不以現金或劃線支票形式退回。於 2018年1月15日後申請之退款將一概不獲受理。

公演中止のお知らせ

Rolemodel Entertainment Group (REG)により2018年1月13日に土曜日、九龍灣國際展貿中心Music Zone @ E-Maxで公演を予定しておりました「GLIM SPANKY 」につきまして、残念ながら公演を中止させていただくこととなりました。多大なるご迷惑をおかけいたします事を深くお詫び申し上げます。ご購入いただきましたチケットにつきましては、プレイガイドCitylineにて払い戻しをさせていただきます。

払い戻し手続きの方法：
購入時PPS/クレジットカード払いの場合
PPS/クレジットカード払いの場合は、自動的にPPS/クレジットカード会社を経由しての取消等の手続きとなります。現金または小切手の払い戻しが出来ませんので、ご了承ください。

購入時現金払いの場合
払い戻し受付期間内（2017年12月20日～2018年1月15日）の営業時間内にチケットをお持ちの上、プレイガイドCityline事務局で払い戻しいたします。
